Born in 1963, he graduated in Law from Sapienza University of Rome and has been a member of the Bar since 1992. He has been admitted to practise before the Court of Cassation since 2005.
Over the course of his career he has built up substantial experience in corporate law, commercial law and restructuring and insolvency law, assisting companies and businesses in crisis and insolvency proceedings, in restructuring transactions and in M&A operations and related litigation.
He is registered in the Single Regional List of experts for negotiated settlement procedures for resolving corporate crises. He is Vice President of the Federal Court of Appeal of FITRI – the Italian Triathlon Federation.
He speaks Italian and English.
