Born in 1953, he graduated in Law and has been a member of the Bar since 1981. He has been admitted to practise before the Court of Cassation since 1995.
Over the course of his career, he has developed extensive experience in corporate law and in crisis and insolvency proceedings. He assists companies and businesses in managing insolvency proceedings and restructuring transactions.
He has taught at the “Aldo Sanchini” Professional Training School of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome and is a speaker at conferences and training courses on bankruptcy and over-indebtedness matters.
He is the author of academic publications on insolvency matters and a member of the Commission on the Business Crisis and Insolvency Code established at the Rome Bar Association.
He speaks Italian, English and French.
