Born in 1962, she graduated in Law from the University of Milan and has been a member of the Milan Bar since 1991.
Over the course of her career, she has developed extensive experience in commercial law, insolvency proceedings, property law and related litigation. She provides assistance to various non-profit and charitable bodies and deals with legal matters relating to education on behalf of numerous State-recognised private schools in Lombardy.
For over twenty years she has been co-editor of the “Rivista dei Dottori Commercialisti”, published by Giuffrè Editore, for the section dedicated to annotated case law on insolvency matters, and she co-authored the volume “L’Amministratore di Sostegno”, edited by Paola Loddo (Wolters Kluwer, 2019 and 2024 editions).
She speaks Italian and English.
