Gerardo Losito

Born in 1983, he is a founding partner of Signalex. He graduated in Business Economics from Luiss Guido Carli in Rome and obtained a Master in Business Administration from Luiss Business School. He has been a chartered accountant and statutory auditor since 2007.

Over the course of his career, he has developed extensive experience in corporate crisis management, corporate restructuring and corporate finance transactions. He assists companies and corporate groups in preparing turnaround plans, debt restructuring agreements and insolvency proceedings, as well as in implementing management accounting and control systems.

He holds appointments as bankruptcy trustee and judicial commissioner at the Court of Rome, in addition to acting as an independent professional in recovery and restructuring proceedings. He is also a director, auditor and statutory auditor of companies, foundations and other entities.

He teaches Corporate Finance and Financial Analysis as an adjunct professor at the University of Milano-Bicocca. He is a member of the Governing Board of the Association of Bankruptcy Trustees and of the Insolvency Proceedings Committee of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome. He is Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of CASAGIT and inspector of COMTEC (Technical Control Commission) of the Italian Basketball Federation.

He speaks Italian, English and French.
