Born in 1945, he is a founding partner of Signalex. He graduated in Law from Sapienza University of Rome and has been a member of the Rome Bar since 1970. He is recognised for his extensive experience in corporate crisis management, insolvency proceedings and corporate and commercial law.
Over the course of his career, he has held the office of liquidation commissioner, appointed by decree of the Ministry of Industry (now the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy), in complex compulsory administrative liquidation proceedings, as well as the office of judicial commissioner and, subsequently, extraordinary commissioner in extraordinary administration proceedings.
He assists leading credit institutions and numerous companies in crisis management and restructuring, handling extraordinary administration proceedings, restructuring agreements, composition with creditors (concordato preventivo) and negotiations with the creditor body. He also supports national and international groups with corporate and commercial matters and in their relations with institutional creditors.
For over fifteen years, he was a lecturer in Corporate Crisis Management at the University of Milano-Bicocca. From 1973 he was a member of the Provincial Tax Commission of Rome, where he held the office of Deputy Chairman of Section.
