Born in 1956, he is a founding partner of Signalex. He graduated in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 1980 and has been a member of the Milan Bar since 1983 and of the Bucharest Bar since 2000. He has been admitted to practise before the Court of Cassation since 2005.
Over his more than 40 years of practice, he has developed extensive expertise in commercial and corporate law, financial restructuring, project finance and privatisations, banking law, trusts, and litigation and arbitration.
He is a registered journalist and a founder and board member of STEP, the international association for the study and application of trusts. He is also a subject expert (cultore della materia) in Commercial Law at Università Cattaneo LIUC in Castellanza. He has been a member of the Control Committee of IAP (Istituto di Autodisciplina Pubblicitaria) and of the British Chamber of Commerce for Italy in Milan.
A Rotarian since 1993.
He speaks Italian, English and French.
