Born in 1967, she has been a member of the Bar since 1997 and has been admitted to practise before the Court of Cassation since 2016.
An expert in corporate and commercial law and M&A, as well as in matters of generational succession and asset protection, she has over time also gained experience as a board member of leading companies and non-profit organisations.
She speaks Italian, English and French.
