Born in 1978, he graduated in Law from the University of Messina and has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2013.
He provides assistance and advice, both in and out of court, in the fields of civil law and restructuring and insolvency law, with particular expertise in banking and finance law and debt recovery, including in connection with securitisation transactions involving impaired loans (NPL and UTP).
He assists credit institutions, financial intermediaries, companies, investment funds and corporate groups in managing complex banking and financial transactions and crisis situations, providing assistance in debt restructuring processes, the protection and enhancement of claims, the drafting and negotiation of banking, financial and commercial contracts, as well as the management of related disputes.
He speaks Italian and French.
