Born in 1973, she has been a member of the Bar since 2002 and has been admitted to practise before the Court of Cassation since 2015.
At the outset of her professional career, she worked in Milan and subsequently at the London firm Penningtons Solicitors. She is an expert in corporate and commercial law, M&A, insolvency, property law and related disputes. She was a subject expert (cultore della materia) in Commercial Law at the University of Milan.
She speaks Italian, English and French, and is a native German speaker.
